Acroyoga is a practice which combines acrobatics and yoga to develop strength, flexibility and trust.  Participants work in groups of three consisting of a base, flyer and spotter and will be guided through several partner poses and sequences.  No prior experience or partner is required for the class.  Bring your enthusiasm and energy to this fun and exciting experience for everyone.
