This class will allow your child to develop a strong, flexible and healthy mind, body and spirit. Cooperative games, theme activities, storytelling and music engage the natural energy and enthusiasm of our “big kids”. Classes explore yoga poses, breathing exercises, visual imagery and relaxation techniques while conveying lessons in self-expression, body image, social skills, positive thinking, and environmental awareness. Calm kids yoga is an opportunity for children to find tranquility and peace in their busy little lives while improving whole body health.
