Liquor License

hall-balloonTCAG requires a Liquor License Permit for all rentals serving alcohol at their event. The permit must be submitted to TCAG one week prior to the rental in order to hold your event at TCAG.

Key/Damage Deposit:
There is a $125 deposit paid by cheque required for every rental.
The deposit is refundable and the cheque is post-dated for the day of the rental and returned upon inspection of the facility.

Extra Cost If Done By TCAG Staff:
Set-up/Clean-up: $75.00 “Flat Rate
Garbage Removal: $25.00 “Flat Rate”

Our Gym is perfect for bigger functions such as fundraisers or community events and has seating availability for 150 chairs or  90 with tables and chairs.
Upper Hall

$226 Full day (up to 6 hours)
Our newly renovated Upper Hall is perfect for smaller functions such as a bridal shower or baptism and has seating for 50  chairs or 40 with tables and chairs.

Kitchen Use

Our kitchen comes with the use of the fridge, stove and all accessories.
