A recreational jump rope program in fun and creative environment, this program will breakdown the various skills and techniques involved in jump rope. The participants will learn a variety of activities including single rope, double dutch, long ropes, and traveling. This program will help participants develop coordination, balance, flexibility, speed, and endurance, which provide the foundation for all physical activities and sports.
