Emphasis is on the fundamentals of movement to improve agility and body coordination. Exercise developed from varies martial arts for strength and conditioning as well as self defense. Improve your overall level and cardiovascular health and physical fitness. This class will leave you feeling challenged, yet relaxed and balanced.
