Morning Fitness  —  Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8am to 9am

Program Instructor: Tanya & Erika

During the hour you will work on cardiovascular endurance, stretching & strengthening of muscles and a whole body workout.  You will need a set of hand weights to work on muscular strength. The muscles that I target are bicep, triceps shoulders, chest and legs. Keep in mind I can modify any exercise for the participant.  I like to strive for getting you super motivated and limber to take on your daily tasks.
