The focus is on developing core strength, balance, and flexibility. This is a mind-body focused exercise that incorporates breath and coordinated movements that lengthen and strengthen muscles.  The basic fundamental movements build into exercises that flow with fluidity and grace.  Please bring a mat and beach towel.
