This yoga class will focus on yoga poses (asanas) which flow into each other in a sequential way. Join Denise as she guides, encourages and challenges you to flow from one pose to the next to improve strength, tone, flexibility and help ring out our bodies… maybe even open your awareness to a different possibility of YOU! All levels welcome.
