A long way from the playground, jump rope is becoming more and more popular. Weight loss experts recommend jump rope for people trying to get in shape. Jump rope is a full body work out that improves everything – balance, coordination, weight loss, muscle development, cardiovascular power, and endurance – plus its lots of fun! This class will teach the techniques of jump rope and will focus on improved fitness through a variety of activities; incorporating exercises with and without a rope. All skill and fitness levels welcome.
