This class offers the basic poses and relaxation techniques and will allow you to explore your breath within postures, as well as meditation and relaxation. All levels are welcome and you can expect to be gently challenged.  This is an opportunity to feel relaxed, lengthened and toned.  Please bring a yoga mat.
